I am Alexander Stertzik, a photographer based in Konstanz at Lake Constance, specialized in business portraits and application photography. With a background in communication design and professional photography since 2008/2009, I create images that not only look good but clearly communicate your professional identity and competence. My priority is to deliver authentic, confident and approachable portraits that work in applications and on platforms like LinkedIn and Xing. My process starts with concept and planning: we discuss the intended use of the photo, the industry and role you want to address, and the visual tone that fits you best. In my Konstanz studio I offer a variety of backgrounds and lighting setups — from classic studio flash to natural available light — always tailored to the personality and goals of the client. I pay attention to outfit, posture and eye contact so the result appears both professional and personal. During the shoot I create a relaxed environment to help even camera‑shy clients feel comfortable. Through calm direction and small exercises I capture natural expressions and body language. On request I coordinate with experienced stylists and hair & make‑up artists to achieve a polished look. Postproduction is a key part of my service: every image is carefully retouched and color‑graded to match the desired professional appearance — subtle and honest.
