I'm Tobi from Tobias Hönig Media — based in Lauda-Königshofen and specialized in business photography. Many people are tense in front of the camera — my approach is deliberately conversational to create a calm atmosphere. In a short pre-shoot consultation we clarify outfit, image style and intended use (CV, LinkedIn/Xing, applicant portals). On set I use simple guidance and prefer to tell a joke rather than give stiff commands to capture natural, confident expressions. My style pairs clean, timeless lighting with an emphasis on expression and posture. I provide a range of variations (different poses, facial expressions and crops) so you have the right image for applications, LinkedIn profiles or Xing. If desired, I perform subtle retouching and deliver web-optimized files as well as high-resolution images for print or application documents. How it works: after contact we discuss your goals. The shoot itself is relaxed — often 20–40 minutes is enough for strong results. You receive a selection to choose from and the final retouching is done to your preference.
