How I work with you: Every shoot begins with a complimentary preparation talk. We discuss the impression you want to make, suitable outfits and the best framing for your goals. In my studio at LOK21 in Wildau (near Berlin) I create a calm atmosphere where even people without much camera experience quickly feel at ease. If preferred, I can also bring a mobile studio to your location — convenient for on-site staff photos or quick application shots in a familiar environment. Technique and direction: For application photos, less is often more. I use clean lighting, neutral backgrounds and careful coaching so expression and posture appear natural. For LinkedIn and Xing, I adapt the crop and file formats so your portrait reads well even as a small avatar. During the session I show you selected images immediately so we can choose the strongest options together.
