I am Thomas Ruppel and my photographic focus is on business portraits and application photos. I primarily photograph people and aim to make their personal presence visible — which is crucial for application pictures and professional profile images: a photo should build trust, convey competence and remain authentic. My approach is simple and intentional: portraits are encounters made visible. I prefer working with natural light and away from heavy studio setups because the most honest, attentive images often emerge that way. You don't need to be a model — I guide you calmly through the shoot with conversation so that even those who are camera-shy find a natural, confident posture. The results are business portraits, application photos and LinkedIn/Xing profile pictures that truly represent you. How I work: We discuss the desired look and the intended use of your images (application, online profile, corporate use). I bring my equipment to your chosen location — on location in and around Eschborn/Frankfurt — and use available light along with simple, restrained composition. Often you'll receive a first edited image shortly after the shoot as an initial impression; further editing is done carefully in shooting order. Commercial assignments are prioritized when necessary.
