Process & collaboration: Before the shoot we clarify the format and purpose (application, LinkedIn, company profile). On the day I create a relaxed atmosphere so authentic images can emerge. Post-processing is handled with restraint: color, contrast and retouching remain subtle to preserve your natural look. I work locally in Beckum (appointments also possible in Berlin Kreuzberg) and welcome both individuals and teams for employee photos.
