At ABPHOTO – André Boeck I focus on business and portrait photography. My work for application photos and business portraits aims to present people exactly as they should appear in a professional context: authentic, competent and approachable. I believe photos are more than data – they are carriers of emotion and often shape the very first impression. My approach is based on sensitivity and communication. Before each session we briefly discuss your career goals, industry and the desired impression — whether classic and formal, modern and open, or creatively expressive. In studio or on location I create a calm atmosphere where you can relax. A few reassuring words and subtle guidance are usually enough to bring out natural expressions and a confident posture. Trust is especially important for application photography, which is why I work conversationally and pay attention to detail. I use lighting, pose, gaze and composition deliberately to bring your personality to the fore. The images are suitable for printed applications, online profiles such as LinkedIn or Xing, and for corporate websites and staff portraits. For companies I provide coordinated business portraits and personnel photography that appear consistent and professional across the organisation. My goal is visual communication that works: images people look at longer and remember. I accompany you through the entire process — from brief preparation to the shoot, image selection and final retouching.
