Because I love capturing people and their stories, I also offer business and application photography as an additional service (application photos, LinkedIn/Xing profile pictures, business portraits and employee photos). How I work with candidates and teams: the process is simple. We start with a short briefing to define style, outfit and the intended use (application, LinkedIn, Xing, company website). During the shoot I give clear, easy directions for posture, facial expression and gaze — so authentic photos emerge even if you’re camera‑shy. I’m mobile and prefer shooting on location where the image works best: outdoors in urban settings or neutral spots that match the desired tone. On request I advise on image optimization for application documents and profile formats. My photographic foundation — life in front of the camera: based in Sankt Augustin, I combine a reportage eye with a background in media and web design. That means I not only capture moments but also consider how an image will perform in use.
