Fotostudio Wachs is based in Dresden and is primarily known for sensitive newborn, maternity and family photography. Our team of four female photographers blends long-standing tradition with a contemporary visual style: warmth, patience and attention to small, genuine moments shape everything we do. That same approach informs our complementary work in business photography. While our core focus remains on babies and families, we also offer application photos (Bewerbungsfotos), business portraits, LinkedIn and Xing profile images, and employee headshots. Our goal for these shoots is consistency with our signature style: authentic presence, a natural look and a calm, relaxed atmosphere in front of the camera. Clients appreciate that we create images that convey competence and approachability without heavy-handed retouching. Our process begins with a personal consultation to clarify the desired style and usage (job application, LinkedIn, corporate site). In our cozy Dresden–Striesen studio we have two spacious shooting rooms and a selection of outfits and background options. If preferred, we can shoot on location at your company or outdoors for a more dynamic portrait. During the session we guide posture and expression to achieve natural, confident results. Post-production focuses on tasteful editing—color correction, subtle retouching and sharpening—while preserving personality. Image selection is made easy via a password-protected online gallery so you can choose your favorites at your convenience.
